| How often do I need to clean Roomba's filter? | Yes, Roomba's air filter should be inspected and cleaned of dust and debris every time you empty Roomba's dirt bin. The filter is designed to keep Roomba's powerful vacuum free of dirt and debris, and cleaning the filter will ensure maximum cleaning effectiveness. If you like, you may hand-wash the filter with soap and water-just make sure it dries thoroughly before you replace it in Roomba.
iRobot recommends changing your filters every 1 to 2 months. Caution: If the filter is punctured, replace it immediately. Replacement filters can be purchased online at the iRobot store. |
