By purchasing, accepting, or using an iRobot.com eGift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who purchase, accept, or use the eGift Card.
1.Redemption.
To view your eGift Card balance, visit www.irobot.com or call us at 1-866-747-6268. For balance inquiries, you will need to enter your eGift Card number and PIN. If a purchase exceeds your eGift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
eGift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods provided by iRobot on www.iRobot.com. Eligible goods and services are subject to change in our sole discretion.
2.Limitations.
Your iRobot.com eGift Card cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards, iRobot Select Membership or Membership products. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of www.iRobot.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law). Your eGift Cards cannot be applied to the purchase of goods or services outside of the United States.
3.Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for eGift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the eGift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. You are responsible for safeguarding your eGift Card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any eGift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your eGift Card is used without your permission.
4.Use of any eGift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By using a eGift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a eGift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to iRobot, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void eGift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a eGift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an IRobot.com order fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
5.Limitation of Liability.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO eGIFT CARDS INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A eGIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT eGIFT CARD.
6.Disputes.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to eGift Cards will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts Massachusetts, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. You agree that applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and iRobot relating in any way to eGift Cards.
7.General Terms.
No fees apply to eGift Cards. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
8.iRobot.com eGift Card Expiration and Fees.
Our eGift Cards expire after seven (7) years except to the extent expiration of eGift Cards is prohibited by law. In the event the eGift Card can no longer be redeemed on the iRobot.com website, iRobot reserves the right to offer a refund of the remaining balance or offer a replacement eGift card at our sole discretion.

Please enter the serial number of your trade-in (OPTIONAL).
Your Roomba® or Bravaa® serial number can be located easily, simply by removing the bin.
With the bin removed, just turn your robot over and look at where the bin was located.
