What is a Protect+ plan?
Protect+ provides coverage for accidental damage, extended coverage, and peace of mind. We get that accidents happen. That’s why with Protect+, we’ll provide you with a replacement robot should you need one. The enhanced coverage begins at the time of purchase, and it covers until the end of the Protect+ plan term length. See Terms and Conditions for additional details.
What are the terms of the Protect+ plan?
Coverage from the Protect+ plan begins on the date of purchase. Plan duration varies based on the term length selected. For additional information, please visit the Terms and Conditions.
How many times can I use the Protect+ plan?
We know you depend on your robot to keep your home clean, with Protect+ we provide extended coverage and accidental damage protection for your robot so it can stay that way. Each Protect+ plan allows for up to 2 robot replacements for qualifying events. See Terms and Conditions for additional details.
How do I purchase a Protect+ plan?
Protect+ plans are currently being offered to eligible owners and shoppers. We are always working to improve and build our program, stay tuned for additional information.
Which robots are considered applicable for a Protect+ plan?
At this time, the Protect+ plan is available for select robot models and standalone Clean Base® Automatic Dirt Disposal units within 30 days of robot registration. Please contact Customer Care at 877-855-8593 for more information.
Is the Protect+ plan available for customers located outside the United States?
We are always working to improve and build our program. At this time, the sale of this Plan is limited to the geographic area of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, only. It does not include any U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands, or Canada.
How do I receive my Protect+ contract ID?
You will receive an email after your purchase that contains your contract ID, warranty term length, coverage dates, and product name. Please contact the Customer Care Team at 877-855-8593 if you do not receive this email.
What is the process for me to file a claim under a Protect+ plan?
iRobot makes it easy to file a claim through our Customer Care Center. Simply give us a call at 877-855-8593 to start the process.
Can I cancel my Protect+ plan?
Yes, your Protect+ coverage can be cancelled at any time.
When I cancel my Protect+ plan, how much money do I get back?
If you request to cancel your contract within 60 days from the purchase date, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. If your cancellation request is made after 60 days from the date of purchase, you will receive a prorated refund of the purchase price. See Terms and Conditions for additional details.

How to find it:
To find your Roomba® or Bravaa® model number, turn the robot over.
The model number is printed near the left wheel, on the underside of the robot.
Please enter the serial number of your trade-in (OPTIONAL).
Your Roomba® or Bravaa® serial number can be located easily, simply by removing the bin.
With the bin removed, just turn your robot over and look at where the bin was located.
